What do physicians, leaders and entrepreneurs have in common? At a first glance, your image of physicians might be very different from that of leaders. And in their turn, you might see leaders as very different from entrepreneurs. And for sure they are not exactly the same people. You probably assume that the motivations - for each role - are also very different. But when you look a bit closer, they have quite some things in common. Think about it ... When it comes to work ethic, making insane hours, because they're patients, teams or customers always come first. While solving all the problems of the people they help, the one's I know, also cause some personal problems in the process. Because they tend to put themselves second, a lack of self-care might even send them into a burn-out. If you recognise the above behaviours within yourself or people close to you, than it's time to step back and spend some time to redesign how you and they operate. Break free from the daily grind and create working conditions that supports your ideal lifestyle. It’s not just about working less, it’s about designing a system that fuels happiness, personal freedom, and a more meaningful life. To make this easy for you, I partnered up with Andre Alexander and offer you his Freedom Design Cheat Sheet for free. It’s designed to help your create more freedom in your work and business so you can enjoy life on your own terms, meaning more fulfillment, joy, and time for what truly matters. Start living life on your terms Let me know your experience or any other feedback.
